HOW DO I APPLY?

HOW DO I SIGN A LEASE?

Once you have applied online and have been approved, we will generate a lease for you to sign via email. 

HOW MUCH IS RENT?

Rent varies by property. Please reach out to management with any questions!

HOW LONG ARE THE LEASES?

Leases are typically 12 months. Our student housing leases usually start June 1st and end May 26th the following year. Our non-student housing varies by availability. 

WHAT UTILITIES ARE COVERED?

In Marshall Suites the only variable utility is Electricity. Everything else is covered with a fix monthly charge. 

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN LIVE IN AN APARTMENT UNIT OR HOUSE?

Four unrelated people may live in each unit. A single family home counts as one unit .

WHERE CAN I PARK?

For Marshall Suites, we provide underground parking in addition to the free street parking on the west and south side of the apartment. For the other properties it varies. Most of our properties offer off street parking or enclosed parking. Inquire for more details.

IS THERE A ROOMMATE MATCHING SERVICE?

No. We urge our prospective tenants to find roommates prior to applying. However, individuals may apply to live in the building. They will be paired at random with other individuals.

IS THE BUILDING SECURE?

Yes, the building is highly lit, has RFID scanner entry, and 24 hour camera monitoring. Safety is a priority for us.

WHAT FURNITURE IS PROVIDED (Marshall Suites)?

Sofa, coffee table, TV, counter stools, bed frame, mattress, dresser, TV for the living room.

MAY I BRING MY OWN FURNITURE?

You may bring your own. However, the furniture provided must stay in your unit.

IS SMOKING ALLOWED?

No. All smoking must be off of the property. 

CAN I BRING MY PET?

No, unless your pet is a certified service animal . Management will need a copy of your animals certification.

CAN I SUBLEASE MY APARTMENT OR HOUSE?

Yes, with written consent of management.

ARE THERE ANY ONE OR TWO BEDROOM APARTMENTS?

In Marshall Suites we only offer 3 & 4 bedroom units. In our other properties, there are units that would accommodate renters looking for 1 & 2 bedroom units.

IS THERE ON-SITE MANAGEMENT?

Our office is 5 minutes from all of our St. Paul properties. We are always just a phone call away. We also have 24/7 video surveillance in Marshall Suites for your security. Tenant safety is our priority.
